ChannelBind System 20
Document Binding Machine
The System 20 desktop binding machine is so simple, it is unique. It is a non-electrical unit, 17.5" deep, 16.5" wide, and 6.5" high, fitting conveniently on any desktop. This unit is for higher volumes of desktop binding. The System 20 weighs approximately 50 pounds. The System 20 comes with a One Year Limited Warranty.
This unit is designed to bind documents up to 300 sheets thick of standard 20# paper, without glue, heat or the necessity of hole punching. The system simply crimps a metal channel placed in the spine of every cover, to "lock" the pages in. It is indeed this proprietary technology which makes this system stand apart from its competitors.
Most short-run binding is cumbersome and error-prone due to the number of steps involved. ChannelBind is so easy to use and fast that there are only three easy steps: Measure, Align and Bind. After a demonstration the most common response is "That's it?" With the System 20, you can have a "Channel-bound" document in less than 15 seconds.
The ChannelBind System 20 also makes it easy to alter or add to your document after it has been bound by using the DeBinder accessory. The DeBinder can de-bind your document, and allows you to re-bind the same cover a maximum of three times. This simple DeBinder is included with the sale of every binding unit.
The System 20 is recommended for all in-house document needs, quick print shops, and service oriented binding facilities, as well as professional applications for relatively high-volume. In the binding service industry, the speed and ease of this system far exceeds those of any competitor. It is fast (less than 15 seconds), with minimal training required (due to its simplicity).

ChannelBind System 10 Document Binding Machine
The System 10 desktop binding machine is simple to use. It is a non-electrical unit, smaller than the System 20 (14-1/2" deep, 10-7/8" wide, and 6-3/4" high), fitting conveniently on any desktop. This unit is ideal for small offices or departmental uses of desktop binding and weighs approximately 20 pounds. It is designed to bind documents up to 150 sheets thick of standard 20# paper, versus the 300 sheet capacity with the System 20. Both systems bind without glue, heat or the necessity of hole punching. With the System 10 it is not necessary to make any cover size binding adjustments and the system automatically calibrates the correct thickness through a cam-activated type motion. The System 10 has a One Year Limited Warranty.
Using the same cover technology as the System 20, the ChannelBind System 10 is also very easy to use; simply align your document into the cover, place into the binding bed, and push down the binding handle four times (activating the cam), and that's it! The System 10 also comes with a built-in DeBinder for easy alterations and amendments.
