CB630 Inserter
CB630 Inserter

Unique design combines both dual roller insertion and spinner type insertion with radius style backstop for quick and easy insertion of plastic spiral elements from 6mm to 30mm (1/8" to 1-1/16"). Binding edge up to 12". Accommodates all UniCoil® plastic spiral pitches.
The CB630 comes equipped with a .248 pitch coil guide* to facilitate insertion of some larger size plastic spiral elements.
The CB630's .248 pitch coil guide is designed to run with true 4:1 pitch UniCoil® plastic spiral elements, and requires a .248 pitch punch pattern for the coil guide to function properly. Additional guides, in other pitches are available at additional charge.
(CB630 is supplied with a .248 pitch coil guide as standard. Optional coil guides cannot be substituted in place of .248 pitch comb).

    OD 4300

    The Plastic Spiral inserter will bind books up to 1-1/8" (28mm) thick using coil diameter up to 1-1/4" (32mm). The OD-4300 provides electric coil inserting and features our patented Lexan Guide for easier insertion of all coils, particularly in books 9/16" (14mm) thick and up. The unit will handle coil lengths from 6" to 36" (152mm - 914mm), providing you with more flexibility for large jobs and calendars. The unit attaches to the right side of the Combo binding station or OD-4000/4800 using two wing nuts for easy installation.
